What is the National Skills Academy for Fashion, Textiles and Jewellery
National Skills Academies are employer led organisations of training excellence. The government's mission behind them is to create a world class workforce, by delivering the skills that employers need on the ground.
Who is the National Skills Academy Fashion, Textiles and Jewellery for?
The National Skills Academy will become a membership organisation delivering to specific sectors involved in Design, Manufacturing and Servicing - it will also work in collaboration with other National Skills Academy's such as Retail to ensure a holistic approach to training.
How will it work?
The National Skills Academy will be a network of members - there will be no physical single 'Academy', but a series of quality endorsed centres around the country.
