Call for matrix practitioners
Posted: 2 December 2009
ENTO is recruiting matrix practitioners to join the register which now numbers just over 40 to cover the whole of England. The matrix website explains the role of a registered matrix assessor/adviser and provides a list of people currently on the register. Some names are familiar to those in 'guidance circles'. However, most do not come from an IAG background but have worked with other quality standards.
Practitioners undertake this work on a self-employed basis and undertake a rigorous recruitment, selection and training programme and engage in ongoing development.
This is a good opportunity for guidance practitioners who are seeking a new challenge or self-employment. It is also a good opportunity to have more IAG professionals on the register to enable more IAG organisations to be assessed and advised by people with extensive knowledge of the sector.
