This details the Government's funding plans, including new funding rates. It also provides greater detail on the 'autonomies' promised for providers in Skills for Growth, (see earlier Brief Guide).

National Commissioning Framework
This is a Brief Guide to the recently published consultation paper on 14-19 Commissioning. The paper details the Government's proposals for the commissioning system from 2010/11, including local and regional arrangements and a timeline for how the commissioning process would unfold.
