Training materials for professionals dealing with a more internationally mobile workforce
The majority of advisors are not trained or totally prepared for the effects of a mobile workforce. The Brain Drain Brain Gain (BDBG) project has developed a number of modules for the initial and further training of counsellors working in an international context that can be adapted to institutional and individual training needs.
This document, prepared by Cecile Besrest-Butler on behalf of Careers Europe, gives the background on the BDBG modules, and provides useful links to sources of further information.
