Deirdre Hughes steps down from iCeGS
Posted: 21 July 2008
The Centre for Guidance Studies at the University of Derby was established ten years ago. Throughout that time, Deirdre Hughes has been its founder director, and has now decided to step down. Her deputy Siobhan Neary-Booth writes, “The Centre has benefited from the strategic leadership of Deirdre Hughes (Reader in Guidance Studies) who has created a truly innovative and highly respected national and international centre supporting policy, research and practice within and across the guidance and lifelong learning sector”
.Quite an achievement.
NAEGA sends good wishes and good luck to Deirdre in her future work which includes writing a book.
