CEL Policy Update No. 35

The Centre for Excellence in Leadership's Policy Update No. 35 covers the period 15 August to 5 September 2008.
This week, we have problems with the Educational Maintenance Allowances, an Ofsted report on the 14-19 reforms, an interesting IPPR report on migration and an equally interesting Equality and Human Rights Commission report on women in leadership positions (a field in which FE is doing well, against current trends). Also, a censorship controversy at one of the exam boards.
