CEL Policy Update No. 30

The Centre for Excellence in Leadership's Policy Update No. 30 covers the period 9 to 20 June 2008.
This issue covers the LSIS launch, as well as the DWP/DIUS paper Work Skills, which details new training entitlements and reforms to the skills requirements for benefit recipients.
There's also CEL's Brief Guide to 'Work skills', which summarises the key points in a few pages. Also, an interesting report on migration and its effects on the British economy, and the controversial head of the Independent Schools Council steps down.
