A NIACE briefing paper was prepared for two focus groups held in December as part of the dissemination to the guidance sector about the changes which are due to be rolled out next year. Those who went to the NAEGA conference had the advantage of a presentation on the QCA but this paper outlines the changes very clearly and provides additional links to further reading.
