Wanted - your thoughts on LMI

The 25 Sector Skills Council (SSCs), which work to help employers improve their competitiveness by developing the skills of their workforce, frequently conduct research amongst employers about their skills needs and publish labour market intelligence (LMI).
As a careers professional, and someone who is likely to refer to LMI during guidance sessions, it's essential that you get the type of LMI you want, and receive it in your preferred format. Therefore the SSC network is looking to develop a "Core LMI Offer". This will be an agreement amongst SSCs in relation to what careers services they can offer, including how best to package and deliver LMI.
To ensure this "Core Offer" reflects your needs, Skillfast-UK, the SSC for the clothing, footwear and textiles industry, is asking that you log onto its corporate website and spend just a couple of minutes completing an on-line survey. Reponses will not only contribute to the development of the "Offer", but also help Skillfast-UK understand your current perception of the clothing, footwear and textiles industry.
