Energy & Utility Skills website for young people

A comprehensive website for careers in the energy and utility sector, aimed at 14 to 19 year olds has been launched by Sector Skills Council Energy & Utility Skills (EU Skills). It should also be of value to adults interested in this area of work.
The site offers advice for young people considering a career in the sector, and information on apprenticeships. Unlike other careers websites that include general information on apprenticeships, the EU Skills site provides specific information for the electricity, gas, water and waste management industries and collates information from employers on how to find a job.
